AROUND WARSAW
Wondering how to spend a cultural weekend in the capital with family or friends? The Universal Reading Foundation invites you to a unique series of intergenerational literary walks in diverse urban spaces. We will demonstrate that discovering the city and literature together is a fantastic adventure, and the idea of "Reading is for Everyone!" is the foundation for building strong, neighborly bonds.
Discover the architecture, sports history, criminal mysteries and wildlife of Warsaw with us during unforgettable offline events in the spirit of slow walking.

Why is it worth joining our Warsaw walks?
The project is financed by the Capital City of Warsaw, which means that participation in all meetings is completely free. Walking is a great opportunity to:
- active recreation in the fresh air and intergenerational dialogue (from the youngest to the elderly);
- getting to know the hidden details of the city: we will „read” not only fragments of fascinating books, but also the architectural fabric of the capital, inscriptions on the walls and monuments;
- relaxation and mindfulness exercises, which directly translates into taking care of well-being and mental condition.

We are introducing a unique feature on a city scale live social audio description (created by senior volunteers) to facilitate the perception of the surroundings for blind people
We have prepared for hearing impaired people special "Walk Record Cards"„ with enlarged print and narrative summaries, which are an excellent alternative to induction loops
