Registration of bookstores for this year's, sixth edition of Bookstore Night has begun. The 6th edition of the booksellers and readers' festival will take place on October 4, 2024. The book distributor OSDW Azymut, the organizer of the event, invites small bookstores from all over Poland to co-create the Night of Bookstores. Registration of bookstores will last until July 3.
Bookstore Night will once again be an opportunity for book creators, employees of small independent bookstores and those who read books to celebrate together. On Friday evenings in October and at night, you will be able to visit a bookstore to meet your favorite writer during literary duty, take part in workshops and – of course – buy books during night fairs. The organizer also invites you to literary walks – among others in Krakow, Warsaw and Gdansk, which will be an opportunity to get to know places related to books and visit local bookstores.
Booksellers will be able to present themselves and invite people to bookstores using the Night of Bookstores profiles in social media – on Facebook and Instagram. A broad PR campaign is also planned, as in previous years, to interest press, radio and television editorial offices in the festival.
The Universal Reading Foundation, as a partner of the event, encourages booksellers to participate in the 6th edition of the Bookstore Night!
