This fall, the Universal Reading Foundation invites you to European Forum for New Ideas, during which a series of international meetings will be held under the slogan Literacy For Democracy & Business.
The topic of discussion will be the importance of reading books for business:
– how does reading affect the well-being of the team?
– does it affect the level of cooperation?
– What benefits can companies gain from engaging in reading?
We will discuss the topic in an international and cross-sectoral group: we will talk to scientists and business representatives, leaders of foreign non-governmental organizations and representatives of the European Commission.
These are meetings to which we invite everyone who is wondering:
– how to help build teamwork in your team?
– what tools can be used to strengthen employees’ sense of well-being?
– how to build motivation and effectiveness?
We invite you to a series of meetings that will take place in Sopot:
