Beata Sokół, Xawery Konarski, Michał Kibil are new members of the Board of Trustees of the Universal Reading Foundation

Recently, three new members have joined the Board of Trustees of the Universal Reading Foundation – Beata Sokół, Xawery Konarski and Michał Kibil.

Beata Sokół – financier and entrepreneur. In the 1990s, together with her husband, she founded and still runs the catering company Artur Sokół. They serve events all over Europe, preparing a variety of large events for thousands of participants.

Xawery Konarski – attorney, Senior Partner and co-founder of the Traple Konarski Podrecki i Wspólnicy Law Firm, where he coordinates the work of the TMT team in Central and Eastern Europe. Vice-President of the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications (PIIT), President of the Legal Association of New Technologies (SPNT). Legal advisor to the Internet Advertising Bureau Poland (IAB Poland). Judge of the Court of Arbitration for Internet Domains at PIIT. As a legal expert, he participated in legislative work on a number of acts in the field of new technologies.

Michał Kibil is a co-founder and Senior Partner at DGTL. Specialist in HR law, new technology law and personal data protection. Lecturer at the Leon Koźmiński Academy and the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. A hopeless optimist who follows his dreams towards beautiful goals.

The Trustees are expert advisors, a group of people of public trust who have agreed to support the Foundation pro publico bono with their knowledge and experience. The Council currently consists of 28 people.

Xawery Konarski, an absolute law enthusiast, an expert in the area of law related to new technologies, and at the same time a committed social activist. Beata Sokół is the co-founder of one of the best Polish catering companies, a financier with knowledge of dietetics, a socially sensitive and effective businesswoman. We would like to thank them very much for their willingness to get even more involved, as members of the Board of Trustees, in the Foundation's activities," emphasizes Maria Deskur, president of FPC.
