As part of last year's holiday campaign, #PodarujKsiążkę, DHL Polska partnered with the Universal Reading Foundation to organize a book collection among employees. The initiative, carried out during the company's Volunteer Week, was socially oriented – its goal was to support those for whom access to books is difficult.
As a result, 400 copies were collected, given a "second life" and distributed to community centers in the Kłodzko Commune. The donated publications enriched local reading resources and created new opportunities for children and young people to engage with literature.
This initiative is an example of collaboration that combines employee engagement with real social impact. A simple initiative – sharing a book – translated into tangible support for the local community, while also strengthening the organization's sense of community and social responsibility.
We thank DHL eCommerce Polska for their trust and for our collaborative efforts to promote reading. We believe that the donated books bring much joy and inspiration to young readers today.
