Recently, the Universal Reading Foundation, as one of the organizations taking part in an international project Books without Borders, participated in further inspiring workshops in Norway. The initiative is led by the FRSI Foundation.
Design Books Without Borders aims to support adults experiencing reading difficulties due to disability, neurodiversity, old age or health conditions, as well as people reading in a second language that is foreign to them.
The visit to Trondheim was an opportunity to exchange experiences and ideas, as well as to learn about service design tools and inclusive activities in libraries.
We are glad that #FPC can be part of such an important international project. Thank you!
Books published by the Universal Reading Foundation as part of the project Books Without Borders are delivered free of charge to libraries in Poland thanks to OSDW Azimuth! We encourage institutions wishing to receive a free package of books from the "Bridges" Series to contact us.
