The series of reading meetings for children #CzytanieRządzi w Dom Literatury is ongoing. After the summer events for organized groups, further meetings are planned, which will take place twice a month - one on Saturdays or Sundays for children with parents and for organized groups in the afternoon in the middle of the week.
The guests of the meetings in September will be:
Martin Widmark, Sunday, September 22, 10:00 – 12:00 (meeting for children and their guardians)
Marta Maj and Mateusz Rus, September 26, 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (meeting for organized groups with guardians)
Martin Widmark – Swedish author of children's books and textbooks. Creator of the series "Lasse and Maja's Detective Agency" and the series about the adventures of David and Larisa (including "Cleopatra's Garden"). In 2011, recognized as the best writer of 2010 in the 6+ category.
The meeting at the House of Literature will be held in cooperation with Zakamarki Publishing House, on the occasion of the author’s several-day visit to Poland.
The next guests will be Marta Maj and Mateusz Rus – creators and publishers of the series “Przygody Psa Precla”, which teaches sensitivity to dog friends and their needs from an early age.
The aim of the #CzytanieRządzi series of meetings is to make children friends with books, promote good children’s literature, and encourage them to visit local public libraries.
The meeting program includes: reading excerpts from books and related creative games, discussions about the work of the best authors and illustrators, autographs and photos with favorite authors.

The organizer of the series #CzytanieRządzi o Poranku at the House of Literature is the Universal Reading Foundation and the Śródmieście District of Warsaw. The partners of the events are the Foundation of the House of Literature and Creative Work Houses and the “Świerszczyk” Magazine.
