We support schools, libraries, families, and entire communities.<\/p>\n<p>We build partnerships with publishing houses, local governments, companies, and individuals \u2013 so that together we can make a real impact.<\/p>\n<p>If you believe that words have power and that fundraising is more than just collecting money, we invite you to join our team.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Who are we looking for?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We are looking for an expert to lead fundraising at the Foundation \u2013 building a strategy, developing relationships with donors, and creating effective campaigns.<\/p>\n<p>You will bring know-how and experience, support our team, and share knowledge \u2013 giving direction and consistency to fundraising.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>On a daily basis you will:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and implement <strong>individual fundraising strategy<\/strong> \u2013 with specific goals, but also with heart.<\/li>\n<li>Talk to donors \u2013 those who already support us and those who don\u2019t know they want to yet.<\/li>\n<li>Run campaigns (online\/offline), co-create <strong>fundraising and communication materials<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Take care of <strong>donor database<\/strong>, newsletters, forms, funnels and other things that help people give something good of themselves.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the design, communications and management teams.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports, analyses and documents that show how much we achieve together.<\/li>\n<li>You&#039;ll also serve as an expert, shaping the Foundation&#039;s approach to fundraising, sharing knowledge, and supporting team development. We&#039;ll build on your experience as we learn and develop this area together.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>We are looking for someone who:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>It has a minimum <strong>2 years of experience in fundraising<\/strong> and can talk about it.<\/li>\n<li>He can build trust \u2013 in conversation, in email, in campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>He likes numbers, measuring results, Google Analytics, and understands how to connect data with emotion.<\/li>\n<li>He writes lightly, wisely and sensitively \u2013 and is able to independently publish content on a website (e.g. in WordPress).<\/li>\n<li>He understands how the NGO world works and wants to be a part of it.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work independently, but also in a team.<\/li>\n<li>He uses <strong>English<\/strong> at a level enabling daily communication and preparation of materials for international partners.<\/li>\n<li>I feel that <strong>reading is more than a hobby \u2013 it is a tool for change<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>What we offer:\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Work that has meaning and real impact!<\/li>\n<li>A warm, committed team who enjoy what they do and like each other.<\/li>\n<li>A professional space managed in good style: efficiently and with mutual respect, transparently and with a common focus on the goal.<\/li>\n<li>A work environment surrounded by interesting people from various industries<\/li>\n<li>The opportunity to create something truly important \u2013 with us.<\/li>\n<li>Space for your ideas and development.<\/li>\n<li>Hybrid work model and office in the center of Warsaw.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What does our recruitment process look like?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Stage I \u2013 Applications (until June 29, 2025):<br \/><\/strong>Complete the form and attach your CV.<br \/>We are committed to carefully analyzing each application \u2013 we guarantee a response to every submission.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Stage II \u2013 Recruitment Task (July 1\u20137, 2025):<br \/><\/strong>Selected candidates will be given a task to complete that will test your fundraising, strategic, and communication skills \u2013 in line with the job profile.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Stage III \u2013 Online interview with a recruiter (July 8\u201314, 2025):<br \/><\/strong>Those who complete the task well will be invited to an online interview with a recruiter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stage IV \u2013 Meeting with the Foundation (July 15\u201324, 2025):<br \/><\/strong>The finalists will meet with the Universal Reading Foundation team, including the Vice President of the Board, to whom the new candidate will report.
