This fall, the Universal Reading Foundation invites you to\u00a0European Forum for New Ideas<\/a>, during which a series of international meetings will be held under the slogan Literacy For Democracy & Business.<\/p>\n

The topic of discussion will be the importance of reading books for business:
\u2013 how does reading affect the well-being of the team?
\u2013 does it affect the level of cooperation?
\u2013 What benefits can companies gain from engaging in reading?<\/p>\n

We will discuss the topic in an international and cross-sectoral group: we will talk to scientists and business representatives, leaders of foreign non-governmental organizations and representatives of the European Commission.
These are meetings to which we invite everyone who is wondering:
\u2013 how to help build teamwork in your team?
\u2013 what tools can be used to strengthen employees\u2019 sense of well-being?
\u2013 how to build motivation and effectiveness?<\/p>\n

We invite you to a series of meetings that will take place in Sopot:<\/p>\n
