On July 10, a meeting was held at the Ministry of National Education with Deputy Minister Paulina Piechna-Wi\u0119ckiewicz, in which the representative of the Union of Polish Metropolises, Agata Saracyn, and the president of the Universal Reading Foundation, Maria Deskur, took part.<\/p>

The meeting concerned the development of reading, not only through school readings, but above all through access to books for all social groups at every stage of life. It was a substantive, true and inspiring conversation about supporting children in their development through reading, as well as the barriers that stand in the way of its popularization.<\/div>

The development of reading is an extremely important issue for the future of our society. We are actively working to change this.
